Upon first working with Vindulge, I designed templates for a consistent look across all social media platforms, using the existing logo and brand guide. I also updated their posting schedule and brand voice. These changes resulted in a $2k ad revenue increase on Facebook, and a 124% follower increase on Pinterest. By utilizing emerging trends such as Google Stories, we saw a 112% increase in year-over year website traffic within the first 6 months.

Email Newsletter
Using customer research, I updated the existing weekly recipe newsletter for better readability and interest. I also created a weekly wine email as well as multiple seasonal onboarding series to funnel leads into the correct segment and maximize engagement. Throughout the first year of implementation, open rates increased from 30% to 45% for the food newsletter and the wine newsletter is consistently getting a 65% open rate. Content Creation + Photography
In the fall of 2021, I began updating recipe photos and blog posts. I also created round-up content and freebies like the Ultimate Guide to Thanksgiving e-book.







Printed Collateral
In the fall of 2021, Vindulge opened the Vindulge Wine Shop with accompanying wine clubs. I had the honor of designing the printed collateral that is included in the shipment boxes including: Welcome Piece, Wine Tasting 101, Tech Sheets, Food Pairing Recipes.
